Our mass spectrometry core facility group offers proteomic services to research groups at IOCB. To start a a service request, use the reQuest system (link here). As a request type, select "Proteomic Analysis" and in the text box, specify which of the following analyses you are interested in. In the description of the individual methods listed below, you will find detailed information about the possibilities of the given method, sample requirements and estimated turnaround time.
